Dr. Susan Campbell

Dr. Susan Campbell is a clinical psychologist and coach whose work has aligned around the theme of resilience for over 30 years. She is also deeply engaged in helping people identify the conditions that organically yield the lives they want to live, so less resilience is actually necessary.

Trained by Brené Brown and a certified facilitator of the curricula associated with her work, Susan’s workshops and retreats are grounded in research around vulnerability, connection, values, empathy, self-compassion, and resilience. She is gifted in creating spaces in which people feel seen, brave, and safe - where the noise of life’s demands and others’ expectations and judgment slip away.In that space, there is the possibility to reconnect with, nourish, and be directed by one’s own heart and voice.

What People Are Saying

Susan was profoundly respectful of the vulnerability we demonstrated, which created the sense of safety necessary for growth…she has a nurturing, encouraging and empowering style of facilitation.
Maude is a teacher in the highest sense of the word. Every minute of class, every segment, every movement is purposely and successfully designed to get the student to the next moment of the experience. The breathing, the meditation, the focus of each student is soundly guided by her expert step by step instructions. Maude supports each pupil, no matter where one might be in the practice or what one brings to the session.
Stephanie is an absolute show-stopper as a chef, as a hostess and as a human being. What I love most about her cooking is the thoughtfulness and heart she brings to her menus and how she sources her ingredients. Her food is amazingly fresh (she shares straight from her own garden) - and it’s beautiful! She doesn’t cover up the flavor of food - her touch is elegant and simple and rich - it’s like the food comes alive when you taste it!

We Hope You’ll join us!

Wholehearted living is not a one-time choice. It is a process…the journey is a lifetime. Because we’re human and so beautifully imperfect, we get to practice using our tools on a daily basis. In this way, courage, compassion and connection become gifts – the gifts of imperfection.
— Brené Brown
